Askar Mamin — ASHYQ project allows businesses to work under quarantine conditions

At the government session chaired by Askar Mamin, the sanitary and epidemiological situation in the country was considered. Minister of Healthcare Aleksey Tsoy reported on the current situation and the progress of vaccination, the akims of the Atyrau region Makhambet Dosmukhambetov, the Mangystau region Serikbay Trumov, the cities of Nur-Sultan — Altay Kulginov and Shymkent — Murat Aytenov reported on the situation in the regions.

The epidemiological situation in Kazakhstan remains difficult. The occupancy of hospital beds is 56%, intensive care — 44%. All regions, except for the Turkistan region, are in the "red zone».

To date, about 9.4 million doses of vaccines have been used, of which 5.5 million people were vaccinated with the first component, 4 million people were vaccinated with the second component.

The Head of Government instructed regional akimats and the Ministry of Healthcare to ensure the uninterrupted operation of all hospitals, primary centers, mobile teams, PCR laboratories, the availability of drugs and protective equipment.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Healthcare were instructed to strengthen the work of monitoring groups in terms of monitoring and detecting violations of sanitary and epidemiological standards.

The Head of Government noted the need to strike a balance between restrictive measures and maintaining the growth of entrepreneurial activity.

“Today, the ASHYQ project allows businesses to operate in conditions of quarantine measures,” said Askar Mamin.

From July 27 to Aug. 2, 2021, the number of Ashyq project participants increased 3 times — from 21,900 to 67,782.
