Eldar Tolganbayev appointed Deputy Minister of Information and Public Development

By the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tolganbayev Eldar was appointed Deputy Minister of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This was reported by the press service of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Eldar Tolganbaev was born in 1981 in Almaty region.

He graduated from Semipalatinsk State University named after Shakarim, Kunayev University.

He started his career in 2005 as the chief specialist of the apparatus of the maslikhat of Alakol district of Almaty region.

From 2005 to 2006, he was the chief specialist of the internal policy department of the maslikhat of Alakol district of Almaty region. 

From 2006 to 2008, he worked in the structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2008 to 2012, he was the chief consultant; head of the operational information sector of the Information and Analytical Center of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2012 to 2016, he was Deputy Director of the Central Communications Service under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2016 to 2019, he was an advisor to the Chairman of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2019, he worked for a private entity. 

From 2019 to 2020 he was Deputy Chairman of the Board of Almaty Development Center JSC.

From 2020 to 2022, he was the first deputy general director of Teleradiocompany Almaty JSC.

From June 2022 to the present time he was a state inspector of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
